Alignment

Are you being the type of person that gets the things that you’re wanting?


Accountability

Are you taking steps each day to do things that push you towards getting what you want?


Acceptance

Do you celebrate your wins and show yourself grace when things don’t always turn out how you’d like them to?

Not getting the results you want in life?The AAA Method is a 3-step approach that came to mind when I thought about how I was able to turn my dreams into my reality.

Alignment

First, in order to get the things that you want, you need to become the type of person that has that thing. Whether that be through emanating someone that already has what you seek or simply changing your actions to be like that type of person, a change will be necessary. 


Accountability

Then, you need to examine if you take responsibility for the outcomes you create. If you’re not getting the results you want, it is because you’re not taking steps towards achieving them. I’d recommend looking at your daily habits.


Acceptance

Lastly, and most importantly, is the concept of acceptance. Simply put, do you acknowledge your victories? At times what we have planned for ourselves is so much less than what we are meant for. Just because something doesn’t go the way you envision, doesn’t mean you aren’t achieving. It’s important to practice appreciation for every win.
