My experience with Alicia as my mindset coach is absolutely one I would recommend. At the beginning of my 12 weeks, I had some goals in mind but wasn’t entirely sure if I could genuinely achieve them. I wanted to change my morning habits, begin to be more active, and increase my self confidence. None of these had ever been easy for me to change in the past. I was stuck in the mindset of “this is who I am, so I guess I can’t change that”.
However, as we made progress in our sessions, I started to notice a true shift. Alicia helped me find methods that worked for me, held me accountable, and called me out when I would make excuses. Armed with this new way of thinking, I started to wake up at the time I wanted to consistently. I also found a new passion for yoga and started going multiple times a week.
My confidence has increased substantially compared to when our sessions began because I no longer let my overthinking talk me out of new experiences. When I have doubts in the future, I now have my successes as proof to myself that I am capable of true change if it is what I truly want. I am so grateful for the tools that Alicia has given me!
